Genuine Conjuror's Cowl usually goes for about 3-4 ref.

Unless I'm mistaken, paint does not affect the value of the hat unless its a promo item, such as a bills. However, if you find a buyer who really likes what you did there, I'm sure he'll give you more. But as a standard...cheers.
